Week 5 weigh in *

SO PLEASED! another great loss this week, 3lbs down, which i didn’t think would happen as its * star week. I managed to control my weekends food wise too, which i think has helped, and also made sure i was drinking water around 5 pints a day and mixing up what i’m using my healthy extras on.

Week 4 weigh in

FINALLY! a good result! I managed to loose 2.5lbs!! even after a cheeky pizza and a few beers at the weekend.  Onwards and upwards this week, i WILL be skinny for Chicago! I also got my half stone award sticker thing too. SO pleased for myself, how did you guys get on this week?

Just got back from my 2nd weigh in. I somehow i managed to lose 3lbs!! Even after those couple of chocolate binges! Onwards and upwards this week. So pleased with myself!

Had a pretty terrible weekend, with multiple chocolate snacking occurring and i don’t even know why.
Weigh in tonight, guess i’ll find out how much that has effected the loss!

Weigh in Week 1

So i’ve just come back from my first weigh in at my local Slimming World Club and…. i lost 3.5lbs!

Not as much as i’d like to have lost, the first time i joined i think i lost around 5lbs. But i’m still super happy that its working and i’m losing any weight at all!

Tuesday 7th January 2014

So yesterday i actually went and joined a SlimmingWorld group in Hullbridge.

Everyone seemed really friendly and its nice to have all the new style books and access to the online syn calculator thing. 
Eating-wise yesterday was a good day, was a little bit hungry but not too much. 
I wasn’t planning on having breaded cod but it was already cooked for me and i was super hungry so it could of been much much worse!

I’m hoping for a good week, i feel determined and also i feel nervous about not letting myself down in front of the group so that ‘not wanting to fail’ is making me even more focussed. 
Hows everyone else getting on with their first few weeks back after Christmas? Any tips for me!?

– Banana (i did make old fashioned oats with it too but i didn’t cook them for long enough and they tasted poop!)

Yesterday was a super good day, I managed to stay within my syn allowance and turned down bad food! Now to combat today at work and tonight if we go to the pub!

Thursday Weigh in (07/03/2013)

Loss of 1.25lbs today which i’m super happy about!

Going to keep carrying on with what i’m doing as it seems to be working at the moment, but am going to try and mix up my breakfast a bit more, can’t seem to stop having my chocolate weetabix! and up my units of water i drink daily.

Going to see if i can get the boy to go for a couple of evening runs during the week too…

Thursday weigh in (28/02/2013)

So it’s been the first time i’ve lost within a month, due to Funerals/Christmas food still hanging around/and a trip away. I put on 2lbs from this and managed to loose that extra plus 1/2 a lb more! 

Next week i’m going to try and mix up my breakfast routine, and not just have the same things every morning! And drink more water.

My gym membership lapsed so i currently don’t have one of those, so i’m going to starting picking up the kettlebells at home next week some more. and if my cars still broken i’ll be doing a hell of a lot more of that! 

Heres to loosing another few lbs!
