Week 5 weigh in *

SO PLEASED! another great loss this week, 3lbs down, which i didn’t think would happen as its * star week. I managed to control my weekends food wise too, which i think has helped, and also made sure i was drinking water around 5 pints a day and mixing up what i’m using my healthy extras on.

– 35g All Bran Golden Crunch (didn’t realise the HEX B limit was only 30g! whoops!)

Week 4 weigh in

FINALLY! a good result! I managed to loose 2.5lbs!! even after a cheeky pizza and a few beers at the weekend.  Onwards and upwards this week, i WILL be skinny for Chicago! I also got my half stone award sticker thing too. SO pleased for myself, how did you guys get on this week?

I guess my bad choices finally caught up with me this week. I am SO disappointed in myself. Like so ridiculously disappointed. I need to be moving forward not backwards. I have a 2 week trip to the US to be less fat for in 8 months!! 😦 😦

I’m going to set myself a goal this week of at least two nights a week this week to go and do something active. Tomorrow i’ve told myself i’m going for a run. Even if its just round a couple of blocks. I think it’ll make me feel more in control and help me stay focussed. I am so disappointed in that gain tonight.

Just got back from my 2nd weigh in. I somehow i managed to lose 3lbs!! Even after those couple of chocolate binges! Onwards and upwards this week. So pleased with myself!

Weigh in Week 1

So i’ve just come back from my first weigh in at my local Slimming World Club and…. i lost 3.5lbs!

Not as much as i’d like to have lost, the first time i joined i think i lost around 5lbs. But i’m still super happy that its working and i’m losing any weight at all!

Thursday Weigh in (07/03/2013)

Loss of 1.25lbs today which i’m super happy about!

Going to keep carrying on with what i’m doing as it seems to be working at the moment, but am going to try and mix up my breakfast a bit more, can’t seem to stop having my chocolate weetabix! and up my units of water i drink daily.

Going to see if i can get the boy to go for a couple of evening runs during the week too…

Heres to staying on plan-ish this weekend!

Thursday weigh in (28/02/2013)

So it’s been the first time i’ve lost within a month, due to Funerals/Christmas food still hanging around/and a trip away. I put on 2lbs from this and managed to loose that extra plus 1/2 a lb more! 

Next week i’m going to try and mix up my breakfast routine, and not just have the same things every morning! And drink more water.

My gym membership lapsed so i currently don’t have one of those, so i’m going to starting picking up the kettlebells at home next week some more. and if my cars still broken i’ll be doing a hell of a lot more of that!

Thursday weigh in (21/02/2013)

Right haven’t weighed in and blogged about it for a few weeks, as i’ve either been on holiday or too busy and forgot! But here we are. I’ve had a week off as me and ad were gallivanting around Europe. I naturally ate EVERYTHING.

But after weighing in this morning i surprisingly have managed to only put on 0.5lbs!

Currently weigh 12 8lbs.

Thursday weigh in (24/01/2013)

So this week i only managed to loose 1/2 lb i guess its starting to slow up again.

I’m guessing it was only a small loss this week due to maybe religiously eating the same breakfast and snacking on sweets when i get in from work. hmpf. 

Next week i’m going to aim to mix up my breakfasts with fruit and yoghurt, and maybe some scrambled egg if i get up in time! Not just my usual (favourite) breakfast of Chocolate Weetabix. I’m also going to replace my usual weekly soup with something else as i’m getting bored of eating that. Also its pay day today so I can actually buy some tasty fruit!

Going to try to keep to under 10syns a day too and keep up with my daily intake of 4L a day of water to keep off that pesky water weight!

Would of liked to of lost more, but i’m a slow loser i suppose! Gym next week, still going to carry on with the kettlebell weights too.
