So yesterday i actually went and joined a SlimmingWorld group in Hullbridge.

Everyone seemed really friendly and its nice to have all the new style books and access to the online syn calculator thing. 
Eating-wise yesterday was a good day, was a little bit hungry but not too much. 
I wasn’t planning on having breaded cod but it was already cooked for me and i was super hungry so it could of been much much worse!

I’m hoping for a good week, i feel determined and also i feel nervous about not letting myself down in front of the group so that ‘not wanting to fail’ is making me even more focussed. 
Hows everyone else getting on with their first few weeks back after Christmas? Any tips for me!?

Yesterday was a super good day, I managed to stay within my syn allowance and turned down bad food! Now to combat today at work and tonight if we go to the pub!

I’m back, for real’sies this time!

So after a few months on and off plan during leaving my old job and getting a new one in London i seem to have put back on over half a stone. Which isn’t cool.

Seeing how horrible i look has been a very sobering image. Back on the diet wagon for realsies. My aim is to loose a stone (if not more by ‘realistically’ March next year as my best friend is getting married and my boyfriend is her fiancées best man.

Thursday weigh in (21/02/2013)

Right haven’t weighed in and blogged about it for a few weeks, as i’ve either been on holiday or too busy and forgot! But here we are. I’ve had a week off as me and ad were gallivanting around Europe. I naturally ate EVERYTHING.

But after weighing in this morning i surprisingly have managed to only put on 0.5lbs!

Currently weigh 12 8lbs.

This week lost: +1/2lb

Total Lost so far: 21lbs (1stone 7lbs)

lbs to go until 2nd target: 7lbs
