I’m DETERMINED to get into the 12’s this week, so its full stream ahead with the super foods/fruit and i’m going to try and restrict my carb intake and have at least 3 days of following red this week.
Last week i totally slacked off on the exercise to, so i’m gonna use my cross trainer at least 3 times this week to, and hopefully maybe a few evenings of swimming.
Today i’m doing extra easy, mainly as i stayed at my boyfriends last night and didn’t make lunch for work.
