I’ve decided rather tha just doing it alone I’m going to join a group tonight to see if that’ll stop me falling off the wagon! Need to get focused and loose this 2 stone!

– Birdseye Baked to Perfection Salmon in Lemon & Herb Sauce (FREE on EE)

I’m back, for real’sies this time!

So after a few months on and off plan during leaving my old job and getting a new one in London i seem to have put back on over half a stone. Which isn’t cool.

Seeing how horrible i look has been a very sobering image. Back on the diet wagon for realsies. My aim is to loose a stone (if not more by ‘realistically’ March next year as my best friend is getting married and my boyfriend is her fiancées best man. 

So here we go;

Tuesday food diary (2/4/2013)

Right after about a week of being off plan, celebrating my new job and easter i’m back on it!
Going to up my water intake and focus on not eating chocolate! I have 3 and a half weeks to drop some weight before me and a few mates are off to Groezrock Festival in Belgium, and until i start my new job in London (scarey!) Thats my new goal!
