Wednesday food diary

Yesterday was a good day, it’s been one of the first days i’ve actually stuck to my 15 syns a day. I think recording what i’m eating is definitely working. Swimming yesterday was fun also, but was super hungry when i got in, i ate dinner before i went as i didn’t go till 8. Super wanted a pack of crisps of a sandwich but i settled for fresh pineapple instead. I didn’t want to at the time but i’m glad i did now.

Going to start doing weekly weigh in’s on Thursdays. (i mean i do weigh everyday anyway – know i shouldn’t but i find it helps keep me on track.

Off swimming again tonight.

Breakfast
– Grapes (snack pack)
– Co-op orange and cranberry sparkling water (sugar free)

Lunch
– New potatoes

Tuesday food diary

Today is a new day. I snacked a little more than i should of yesterday, due to not knowing whether i’d have enough time to eat before i went to the gym, so a packet of crisps, a few crackers and a slice of ham later, i get a text from my gym buddy cancelling on me. So then i actually had dinner. Which wasn’t too terrible.

I made up some of those Weight Watchers dessert whips, and YUCK. Nastiest after taste ever, and for 2 syns, it wasn’t worth it AT ALL. GROSS.

Anyways, yesterday wasn’t too bad on a whole. Onwards and upwards right?

Monday – food diary

This weekend hasn’t actually been too terrible diet wise. Well minus the 7/8 pints of cider on Saturday evening.

Usually it’s the weekends that keep me from continuously losing weight each week. I don’t know why but somehow I feel the need to ‘reward’ myself for eating good during the week but over do it!

I did have a cheeky kebab after my million pints of cider. But it was SO good!

Anyway back to today.
