Had a pretty good weekend which has been mostly on plan, bar the rum and diet cokes – but i did swap my usual drink for a low-syn version! (i usually drink pints of cider and blackcurrent).

Weigh in tonight. I’ll be doing a separate post on my weekly weigh in with goal for the week ahead.

So yesterday i managed to go over my syn allowance for the first time this week, boo ūüė¶ but today is a new day, i’m going to try and stay syn-free till tonight as i’m going out for a few drinks for my friends birthday, but swapping the cider for rum and diet.

Tuesday 7th January 2014

So yesterday i actually went and joined a SlimmingWorld group in Hullbridge.

Everyone seemed really friendly and its nice to have all the new style books and access to the online syn calculator thing. 
Eating-wise yesterday was a good day, was a little bit hungry but not too much. 
I wasn’t planning on having breaded cod but it was already cooked for me and i was super hungry so it could of been much much worse!

I’m hoping for a good week, i feel determined and also i feel nervous about not letting myself down in front of the group so that ‘not wanting to fail’ is making me even more focussed.¬†
Hows everyone else getting on with their first few weeks back after Christmas? Any tips for me!?

I’ve decided rather tha just doing it alone I’m going to join a group tonight to see if that’ll stop me falling off the wagon! Need to get focused and loose this 2 stone!

Back on track for 2014

I’m back for 2014 with a goal of losing 2 stone before me and my boyfriends holiday to Chicago in September.

Since I last weighed in I’ve put on nearly a whole stone, Well on 9lbs. But enough is enough. I’m back on it.¬†
Start weight: 13 stone 6.5lbs.
Also going to join a group on Monday too.
