Pleased with myself that i managed my first day back on plan. Hopefully i’ll stick to it!

 

Breakfast

-Banana

-Sugar free energy drink (don’t judge me – i get up at 5:20am!)

-Melon and Strawbs

-Mint Green tea

-2 x Alpen´Light bars (HeB)

 

Lunch

-Tesco Med couscous packet (2 syns), 2 eggs + greek salad with feta (HeA)

-Diet Coke

 

Snack

-Chicken (2 syns)

 

Dinner

-Burger in a bowl (1 syn)
