-Fridge Raiders Roast chicken (2.5 syns)

 

Lunch

-Sweet potato, spinach (SF), 2 eggs and an avocado (using this as a HeB i know its a tweak but i’ll see how i go as i haven’t had any other fibre)

-Diet Pepsi Max

 

Dinner

-Buffalo chicken (2.5 syns) Tesco root mash (1 syn) and rocket

-Can of Strongbow (8 syns!)
