-Banana

-Satsuma

-SKI smooth raspberry yoghurt (3 syns)

-nibbles 1/2 pack (3 syns)

 

Lunch

-SW BBQ meal (other half of yesterdays) with added spinach and peas

-2 eggs

-diet coke

 

Dinner

-homemade spaghetti Bolognese (3 syns for Schwartz packet mix)

-frozen fruit topper

-soda and lime
