Day 113 – 27th April

Last night i got a bit carried  away and ate the remainder of my snyders salted caramel pretzel pieces and 4 chocolate celebrations. BUT today is a new day and i’m going to try my hardest to stay on plan.

 

Breakfast

-Banana, green apple and a quarter of fresh pinapple

-SF energy drink

-Mint green tea

-Fibre one choc bar (4 syns) these things are like crack. Seriously do good!! 

 

Lunch

-Spinach

-Risotto (4 syns)

-Chicken

-Diet Lemonade
