Breakfast

-small tin of beans

-banana

-soda and lime

-SW pea and mint soup

-3 slices of no crust wholemeal bread (HEX B)

-6 mini cheese cravings (3 syns)

-diet drink
Snacks

-Banana

-Energy Drink

 

Dinner

-Wetherspoons Chicken Tandoori Skewers (lower in cals than the plan chicken so i’ll guesstimate they’re 2 syns?) maybe a syn for the yog and mint sauce i used a little bit.

-Rice

-Salad

-Strawberries
