Day 66 – 10th March

Yesterday was our team offsite, which involved, croissant’s, muffins, sexy sandwiches, dinner out and a few drinks. I went a little mental so i’m fully expecting this week to put on a lb or so. But today is a new day, and i’m feeling positive.

Lunch

-Cous Cous (2.5 syns)

-Chicken breast

-Watercress and spinach salad

-Buffalo wings sauce (0.5 syns)
