Day 63 – 7th March (week 10)

Managed to loose 2lbs last week, bringing my total lose up to 10lbs and a quarter. I also ate everything this weekend, pizza on Friday (only had 3 slices!) and a chinese on Saturday. But this week is a new week, so heres to staying on target. I’ve also changed up my healthy extras B this week, for Kingsmill’s new Wholemeal no crusts bread, you can have 3 slices of this as your healthy extra B, so i’ll alternate between bread and Alpen light bars each day.

 

Breakfast

-Kingsmill Wholemeal no crusts slice of bread (1/3 of HEX B – you can have 3 slices for HEX B!)

-2 egg scrambled eggs

-Buffalo hot sauce (0.5 syns)

-SF energy drink

-Tea with milk (part of HEX A)

 

Lunch

-SW Mint and pea soup

-Kingsmill Wholemeal no crusts slice of bread (2/3 of HEX B)

-Diet Coke

-Chicken (FREE)

-2 x cheese triangles (HEX A)

 

Snacks

-Green Apple pieces

-energy drink
Dinner

-roast chicken with potatoes, peas, carrots Brussels and gravy.

-small bit of cauliflower cheese (2 syns)

– m&ms mint (10.5 syns)
