Managed to loose 2lbs last week, bringing my total lose up to 10lbs and a quarter. I also ate everything this weekend, pizza on Friday (only had 3 slices!) and a chinese on Saturday. But this week is a new week, so heres to staying on target. I’ve also changed up my healthy extras B this week, for Kingsmill’s new Wholemeal no crusts bread, you can have 3 slices of this as your healthy extra B, so i’ll alternate between bread and Alpen light bars each day.
