I did it! i managed to loose that 1lb i wanted to achieve half a stone gone. For the last two weeks i didn’t loose anything! Least i didn’t put it on i suppose.

This week is a new week, heres to a solid one.

Day 29 – 1st Feb

Kind of went a bit mental food-wise over the weekend. Second week on plan that i haven’t lost a single pound. Had a burger on friday and a chinese on Sunday – whoops!
