Day 36 – 8th Feb (week 6)

I did it! i managed to loose that 1lb i wanted to achieve half a stone gone. For the last two weeks i didn’t loose anything! Least i didn’t put it on i suppose.

This week is a new week, heres to a solid one.

 

Breakfast

-2 x Alpen Light bars (HEX B)

-1/4 melon and some strawbs

-Sugar free energy drink

 

Lunch

-SW bolognaisne and veg

-Rekorderlig cider (12 syns)

 

Dinner

-Wetherspoons Naked Burrito (4 syns?)

-Diet coke
