Kind of went a bit mental food-wise over the weekend. Second week on plan that i haven’t lost a single pound. Had a burger on friday and a chinese on Sunday – whoops!
Mixing up my lunch and breakfasts this week to see whether that’ll make a difference. Today is not only a new week, but a new month!
