Day 22 -25th Jan

Somehow i managed to not loose anything this week, but bonus i guess is that i didn’t put any weight on?! Heres to another week on plan, and hopefully a loss!

 

Breakfast

-30g pop cereal (HEX B)

-milk (part of HEX A)

-fruit cocktail – sliced up mango, melon and strawbs

 

Lunch

-Butternut squash, leek & chicken bake (syn free + part of HEX A)

-diet coke

 

Snack

-jelly (0.5 syns)

-satsuma

 

Dinner

-chicken and veg stew

-mash (2 syns butter)

-SW cake (5 syns)

-half a mullet

 

Water 1.5L

Total Syns 7.5
