Day 12 – Friday 15th Jan

It’s my second weigh in back on SW. This week i lost 2lbs. Super pleased with i would of liked it to be a bit more, but next week i’m going to mix up my lunches at work as eating the same thing probably didn’t help my loss. But onwards and upwards.

Working from home today so i’m going to try really hard at sticking to SW. There are too many temptations at home!

 

Breakfast

-35g of bran flakes

-skimmed milk (HEX A)

-frozen blueberries

 

Snacks

-2 eggs

 
Lunch

– cous cous (tomatoes and chilli) 2.5 syns

– feta (42g hex a)

– roast chicken

– diet coke

 

Total syns 2.5

water drunk 2 pints
