Day 8 – Monday 11th Jan

I feel like i made some good food choices whilst we were away in Brighton for the weekend. I chose rum & diet over cider (although i did have a couple of ciders aswell) Heres to a good week on plan.

I’m not going to weigh in until Friday.

Breakfast

-Half cantaloupe

-sugar free energy drink

-2 eggs and spinach

-mint green tea

 

Lunch

-chicken ramen (guesstimating 4 syns)

-diet coke

– jelly (0.5 syns)

 

Dinner

-uncle bens chicken korma (10 syns!)

-boiled rice

– Biffy pizza (5 syns)

Water 1L

Total syns 19.5
