Today i weighed myself after my first week back on SW (from home) and i’ve lost 4lbs! very happy! This afternoon, me and the other half are heading down to Brighton for the weekend. I’m going to try and make good choices. but might have one cheat meal whist I’m away, plus lots of walking.
