Hello world!

I’ve moved the blog over to WordPress now, lot easier to upload stuff via mobile.

And yes, after messing around for the last few months since the wedding I’ve put on half a stone. It’s depressing. I’ve cancelled my gym as there was never a convient time for me to go, I have to be on the train to work at 7:19am, and don’t get back till 7pm, so im struggling with paying £40 a month and not using it! But in the exercise front I’ve put in for the cycle to work scheme, I won’t be cycling all the way from Essex to Camden! But just the 3 miles from my house to the station everyday and back. Just waiting for my certificate to come through!

I’m also starting slimming world from home. I’ve tried calorie counting and that was okay but I didn’t actually see any progress, no loses, nothing. So it’s back to square one.

  • Brooklea yoghurt (222cals not sure how to syn this) I’ll say 3 just incase

  • Slimming world Singapore noodles (free!)
  • Added Tomatoes & peppers
  • Dairy lea light triangles x 2 (HEX A)
