So i have exactly 50 days/ 7 weeks to drop some weight before our little 2 week vacay in the States.

Gota stay focused.

Breakfast
– 35g of Bran Flakes (blergh!) HEX B
– Milk HEX A
– Water (pint) x3

Lunch
– Boiled Rice
– Chicken breast
– Mixed peppers & Onions
– 2tblsp Sweet Chili Sauce (3 syns)
– Water (pint) x1

Snack
– Cucumber
– Fresh Fruit Salad Melon, Blackberries, Raspberries, Blueberries and strawberries
– Water (pint)

– Diet Coke

Dinner
– Chicken thighs (skin removed) (3 syns for possible oil)
– Honey vegetables (3 syns at a guess)
– Frozen raspberries 
– Sugar free lemonade x2
