I’m back after a 3 week birthday break and i’m focused on losing for Chicago!

– FF plain yoghurt from Lidl
– Strawberries
– Rasperberries
– Half apple
– Pint of Water x 2

Lunch
– Iceland Prawn Stirfry (2 syns)
– Added mushrooms and sweetcorn
– Pint of Water
– Peppermint Tea

Snack
– Apple
– Muller Light

Dinner
– Steak Pie (14 syns at a guess!)
– Peas and Sweetcorn
– Homemade Mash (HEX A)
– Broccoli
