Had a bit of a bad few days food-wise this week, so i’m hoping to try and make the rest of the weekend good.

Breakfast
– Oats so Simple Multigrain (HEX B)

– Peppermint Tea

Lunch
– Melanzane alla parmigiana ( 2 syns at a guess for oil)
– Cheese (HEX A)
– Buttered Kale (2 syns)
– Diet Coke


Snacks
– Apple
– Water (pint)
– Tea

Dinner
– Dolmio Meatball sauce (4.5 syns)
– Meatballs (8 syns)
– Sugar free Lemonade
– Marshmellows (5 syns)
