Had a pretty terrible weekend food-wise, not on plan much at all.
I’ve also had to change my weigh-in day as i don’t get back in time to weigh in on Monday anymore, so now i’m weighing in on a Thursday evening.

Breakfast
– Puffed Wheat (35g HEX B)

– Milk (HEX A)
– Water (pint) x 2

Lunch
– Spinach and egg cups x 2
– Fish
– Chopped tomatoes and mushrooms
– Cherries

Snacks
– Pepsi Max
– Water (pint)
– Tesco HL Yogurt (0.5 syns)

Dinner
– Salmon with Sweet chilli sauce (2.5 syns) and prawns
– Minted new potatoes
– Salad
– Coleslaw (2 syns)
– Squash

Snack
– Marshmellows (10 syns)
– Chocolate coins (6 syns)
