Weigh in Week 2

Just got back from my 2nd weigh in. I somehow i managed to lose 3lbs!! Even after those couple of chocolate binges! Onwards and upwards this week. So pleased with myself!

Monday 20th January 2014

Had a pretty terrible weekend, with multiple chocolate snacking occurring and i don’t even know why.
Weigh in tonight, guess i’ll find out how much that has effected the loss!

Went a little over with my syns yesterday due to being super hungry when i got in late, which was due to trains messing up my journey home, which took almost 3 hours!! (it usually takes 1hr 20) But today is a clean new day without any mistakes (yet).

Weigh in Week 1

So i’ve just come back from my first weigh in at my local Slimming World Club and…. i lost 3.5lbs!

Not as much as i’d like to have lost, the first time i joined i think i lost around 5lbs. But i’m still super happy that its working and i’m losing any weight at all!

This weeks goal is to loose 2lbs 🙂

Had a pretty good weekend which has been mostly on plan, bar the rum and diet cokes – but i did swap my usual drink for a low-syn version! (i usually drink pints of cider and blackcurrent).
