Had a pretty good weekend which has been mostly on plan, bar the rum and diet cokes – but i did swap my usual drink for a low-syn version! (i usually drink pints of cider and blackcurrent).

Weigh in tonight. I’ll be doing a separate post on my weekly weigh in with goal for the week ahead.

– Homemade Fish Pie, Haddock/Salmon/Prawns, potatoes, cheese (HEX A) and carrots and green beans

– Sugar free Vimto cordial
