Back on track for 2014

I’m back for 2014 with a goal of losing 2 stone before me and my boyfriends holiday to Chicago in September.

Since I last weighed in I’ve put on nearly a whole stone, Well on 9lbs. But enough is enough. I’m back on it. 
Start weight: 13 stone 6.5lbs.
Also going to join a group on Monday too. 
Breakfast 
– Oats so simple with banana – (HEX B) +2 syns
– Peppermint tea
– Water pint x 2
Lunch 
– Bilash Micro Basmati Rice (half pack from Lidl) 1 syn
– Sainsburys onion & garlic passata sauce
– Courgettes & leeks 
– Chicken and bacon in Apple Cider Vinegar
– Muller Light
– Diet Coke

Snacks
– Fresh Pineapple (half)
– Peppermint Tea
– Water

Dinner
– Mash
– Pork
– Spaghetti
– Gravy (free)
– Asda Raspberry Roulade (guestimating at 10 syns for the small slice)
– Pint of water
