Thursday weigh in (28/02/2013)

So it’s been the first time i’ve lost within a month, due to Funerals/Christmas food still hanging around/and a trip away. I put on 2lbs from this and managed to loose that extra plus 1/2 a lb more! 

Next week i’m going to try and mix up my breakfast routine, and not just have the same things every morning! And drink more water.

My gym membership lapsed so i currently don’t have one of those, so i’m going to starting picking up the kettlebells at home next week some more. and if my cars still broken i’ll be doing a hell of a lot more of that! 

Heres to loosing another few lbs!

Thursday weigh in (21/02/2013)

Right haven’t weighed in and blogged about it for a few weeks, as i’ve either been on holiday or too busy and forgot! But here we are. I’ve had a week off as me and ad were gallivanting around Europe. I naturally ate EVERYTHING.

But after weighing in this morning i surprisingly have managed to only put on 0.5lbs!

Monday food diary (18/02/2013)

I’m back from my european adventure with my boyfriend, Disneyland was awesome, but oh-so-cold! Bruges was a welcomed relaxed few days after charging round the disney parks and driving across France. I stuffed my face with whatever i wanted including Hot Dogs, Beer, Waffles, ICe Cream and sweets, i figured it was a holiday and i’ll shift it when i get back. 

I only put on 2.5lbs which i was surprised about i thought it would be way more!

So back on plan from today.
