KettleBell Workout:
Alternating Lunge – 2 x 30 sec
Squat Curl – 2 x 30 sec
Push up Position Hold 2 x 30 sec
Halo – 2 x 30 sec
Deadlift – 2 x 30 sec

First time since probably November i’ve done this routine, so i’m going to increase it slowing adding more reps, but for now, my legs are dead!
