Thursday food diary EE (13/12/12)

I mullered just shy of half a bag of chocolates last night and felt terrible about it, this wasn’t the first time this week that this has happened! So going to be sticking to the diet 100%. i want those 4lbs off by the end of December to reach my goal of 2 stone!

It always seems to go to shit by the time i get in from work. Can’t be bothered to cook so went out for food with the boy. Had chicken, bacon and cheese burger, waffle fries and onion rings. Yesterday was not a good day, but i’m going to put that behind me and start fresh today. NO TREATS. I AM NOT A PET.

Breakfast
– 2 x Chocolate Weetabix (HEX B + 2 syns)
– Milk (HEX A allowance)
– Peppermint Tea x 2
– Satsuma

Lunch
– Superspeed Soup
– 2 x SW Cheese & Chive Scones (HEX A allowance)
– Mango & Melon pot from Boots (managed to avoid all the chocolate treats in there!)
– Pepsi Max

Snack
– Peppermint Tea
– Satsuma
– 2 x SW Cheese & Chive scones

Dinner
– Fish
– Mash
– Peas
– Pepsi Max
– 3 x advent chocolates (3 syns)
– Thorntons Choc’s x 2 (6 syns)
