I ate wayyyy too much shit this weekend, including a Taco Bell, Chinese, and two pizza’s! Back on plan this week though!

Breakfast
– 2 x Chocolate Weetabix (HEX b + 2  syns)

Lunch
– Superspeed Soup
– Tinned Tropical fuit (2.5 syns)

Snack

– Apple

Dinner
– Gammon
– Potatoes
– Brussell Sprouts
