Thursday weigh in

I’m so so happy to say that this week i’ve actually lost!

I managed to loose 2.25lbs this week, so so pleased with myself!

Lost this week: 2.25lbs

Total Lost so far: 19lbs (1stone 5lbs)

lbs to go until 2nd target: 10lbs

I’m guessing that swimming and the kettle bells have helped this week, so i’m going to up that to swimming twice a week and do a kettle bell workout 3 times a week, and hopefully fit in some cross trainer at some point. I’ve got 10lbs until i reach my second goal of 2stone loss. 

Heres to a productive week!
