Thursday food diary

Disappointing start to the day with the weekly weigh in, but onwards and upwards (not the scale but you get what i mean right?) Today is a new day.

Breakfast
– 1/2 a melon
– Strawberries
– Grapes
– Sugar free orange squash
– Black Tea (I ran out of peppermint, booo!)

Snacks
– Grapes
– Alpen Light Choc & fudge (1/2 HEX B)

Lunch
– Mixed Salad, peppers, red cabbage, carrots, lettuce, cucumber
– Bernard Matthews Tikka pieces
– 3 x Baby bell Lights (HEX A)
– Fruit Salad – 1/2 Melon, Grapes and strawberries
– Monster Absolutely Zero
