Well i expected it, and it happened, I gained for the first time in over a month. I missed weigh in last week as i was staying at my boyfriends as it was his dads wedding day, and what with all the tasty food and free bar in my face it was hard to resist!
So yeah 1/2lb a week gain. Not cool. Next week i’m aiming for 2/3lbs down as i’m going to start Kettlebells this week.
Currently weigh in at 12.13lbs
