Wednesday food diary

Just one more day before weigh in (today!) to hopefully loose 2lbs (a girl can dream can’t she!?) I’m really not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow and possibly seeing that i’ve gained a lb (or more) this week. So i’m gonna try really hard today to keep under my around 10 syns and not go crazy at dinner (my nan and grandad are visiting and my mums putting on a buffet (i LOVE buffets!)

Anyways, here to a positive day.

Breakfast
– Scrambled egg and salmon
– Peppermint Tea x 2
– Satsuma
– Alpen Light Chocolate & Fudge x 2 (HEX B)

Lunch
– Tuna
– Salad, Lettuce, Cucumber, purple stuff
– Sweet Chilli Sauce (2 tblspns) 4 syns
– Sugar Free Irn Bru
– Laughing Cow Extra Light Triangles x 2 (HEX A)
– Fruit Salad – Grapes, Banana and a Peach doughnut (looks like a squashed peach!)

Dinner
– Seafood sticks
– Eggs
– Cheese & Pineapple on sticks
– Chicken leg with spices
– Quishe
– Muller Greek Style

Snacks
– Toffee Snack-a-jack (3 syns)
