Breakfast

Lunch

– Cucumber
– 3 x slices of ham
– 2 x eggs
– Snack-a-jack Salt & Vinegar (5 syns)
– Sugar free water

Dinner
– Chicken stir fry with mushrooms, red onion and noodles
– Chow Mein sauce (3 syns)

Snacks
– Banana
– Nature Valley bar (10 sync)
– Peppermint Tea
– Milkybar (3 syns)
– Biscuit ring things (i couldn’t resist 😦 9 syns)

Total Syns 30.5

Totally gutted that i let myself eat those biscuits and that milky bar. Twice over my daily syns  😦
Gonna do 12 minutes on my cross trainer because of this. See how i go. boooo.
Tomorrows another day though right?! 😦
