Thursday food diary

Bit gutting after only loosing 1lb this week, but a 1lbs better than nothing or putting on right?!
Onwards and upwards!

Breakfast
– 1/6 of scan bran cake (1syn)
– Grapes
– Peppermint tea
– Diet coke

Lunch
– 5 prawns
– Tomato and Herb Mugshot
– Mango & Melon pot from boots
– Sugar free redbull
– Activia 0% fat free

Dinner
– Not sure as i’m staying at the boyfriends tonight so i don’t imagine it’s going to healthy!

Snacks
