Thursday Weigh in (30th August 2012)

Well i expected it, and it happened, I gained for the first time in over a month. I missed weigh in last week as i was staying at my boyfriends as it was his dads wedding day, and what with all the tasty food and free bar in my face it was hard to resist!

So yeah 1/2lb a week gain. Not cool. Next week i’m aiming for 2/3lbs down as i’m going to start Kettlebells this week.

Currently weigh in at 12.13lbs

Wednesday food diary

Just one more day before weigh in (today!) to hopefully loose 2lbs (a girl can dream can’t she!?) I’m really not looking forward to weigh in tomorrow and possibly seeing that i’ve gained a lb (or more) this week. So i’m gonna try really hard today to keep under my around 10 syns and not go crazy at dinner (my nan and grandad are visiting and my mums putting on a buffet (i LOVE buffets!)

Anyways, here to a positive day.

Tuesday food diary

I’m back after a busy few days off, of weddings, trips to London, and music (no i didn’t go to Reading Fest, just Less Than Jake at Chinnerys) I’m expecting a gain at weigh in this week, as i’ve over indulged this week! But it’ll be my first gain for a few months, and theres always next week to try super hard (i won’t let myself gain 2 weeks in a row).

So this might be my last post of the week, as this is my last day at work until Tuesday. 
We have got my boyfriends days wedding tomorrow, Blood Brothers in London on Friday, Less Than Jake at Chinnerys on Saturday and are chilling the last two days, so you might get update, or I might be lazy!
