Weigh in tomorrow and its looking promising! hopefully i’ll drop into the 12’s (finally!) fingers crossed, and i’m gonna be super good today (i hope!)

Yesterday cross trainer session was H A R D. But i did manage 15 mins flat out so it was too terrible, better than sitting on my ass right?!
