Wednesday food diary

Wish this stomach ache would go away, had it on and off for over a week, hunger pains when i’m not even hungry, and random stomach pains. Guess thats from cutting down on carbs and eating more fruit and veg. This Peppermint tea seems to be doing the trick though!

Breakfast

– Apple

Lunch
– Boots Ham Sandwich (5 syns at a guess)
– Boots Shapers Orange Stimulation Drink syn free
– French Fries worcester Sauce (4.5 syns)
