Friday food diary

Forgot to weigh in this morning so we’ll do the weekly weigh in update tomorrow i’m hoping to loose around a pound, for some reason I’ve stayed the same for the last couple of weeks do aren’t expecting a big loss.

Breakfast
– diet coke
– apple
– Alpen light choc & fudge (1/2 HEX B)

Lunch
– Boots shapers sushi
– Sugar free redbull
