Tuesday food diary

So yesterday i stuck to plan pretty well, bar the drifter chocolate bar!

Here’s to keeping to plan today/tonight, Extra Easy today!


Breakfast
– Alpen Light Double Chocolate x 2 (HEX B)
– Apple
– No Added Sugar Orange Squash
– Diet Coke

Lunch
– Boots Shapers Fish Sushi (2.5 syns)
– Boots Shapers Maple Popcorn (5 syns)
– Sugar Free Red Bull
– Melon chunks

Dinner
– Jacket Potato
– Heinz Baked Beans
– Small spoon of coleslaw (5 syns i guess)
– Cheese (HEX A)
– Quarter of a melon
– R Whites Lemonade ice lolly (3 syns)

Snacks
– Banana
– Gherkin

Total Syns 15.5

Exercise
15 minutes on the cross trainer (i’m building myself up to be able to manage an hour eventually!)
